The applicant (potential client) hereby acknowledges that the consultation and/or forwarding or providing of documents, emails, etc., does not establish an attorney-client relationship with the referred attorney, other than a confidential relationship. Further, the applicant (potential client) agrees and acknowledges that the attorney client relationship shall only be formed, other than for the aforementioned confidentiality as proscribed by law, when both parties (applicant and referred attorney) have entered into a signed written letter of engagement/retainer agreement and the referred attorney has secured the agreed upon initial payment from the applicant.
